Sam Kennedy

Sam has been involved in the entertainment industry since he was a young boy having completed his first voiceover recording at only eight years of age. Since then he has worked in everything from casting television commercials and TV Shows, directing theatre, to film and television production both in front of and behind the camera.

Sam trained at the Academy of Photogenic Arts International Film School, in Sydney, Australia, for 2 years where he graduated with a masters in Film and Television producing and direction.

Simultaneously whilst studying the production side of the industry he also trained under numerous mentors as a presenter, actor and voice over artist at highly regarded institutions such as The National Institute of Dramatic Art and the Australian Theatre for Young People.

If Sam is not behind or in front of the camera then you will most often find him in a recording studio doing voice overs for TV and Film productions. Sam was the voice of MTV Australia for nearly 2 years until he decided to move overseas to pursue further career opportunities in late 2008.

Sam’s extensive experience in the industry enables him to easily adapt to any situation in front of or behind the camera. His knowledge of production and what is expected of every single person enables him to work  in a highly fast and proficient manner. Most importantly, Sam loves the entertainment industry and is great fun to work with.
